Detailed situation in the valley

This is how you reach our Hochzeiger / Pitztal ski school: you travel through Arzl and Wenns as you head into the valley; and after Wenns, you follow the signs to Jerzens and the Hochzeiger ski/ excursion region. The route branches left from the Pitztal country road!

In the Jerzens village centre, follow the indicators to Hochzeiger. The road becomes mountain roads for about 4 km until you get to the Hochzeiger mountain railway at the bottom lift station and to our Hochzeiger-Pitztal Alpine Center.

Arrival by Car:

From the North:

Take the Inntal Autobahn over Kufstein and Innsbruck, and get off at Imst - Pitztal
or
follow the toll-free route over Garmisch and the Fern Pass to Imst

From the East:

Take the Autobahn over Salzburg and Innsbruck, to the Inntal Autobahn, exiting at Imst - Pitztal
or
proceed via Felbertauern, St. Johann, Wörgl and the Inntal Autobahn, exiting at Imst - Pitztal

From the West:

Take the Arlberg Tunnel to the Inntal Autobahn, exiting at Imst - Pitztal

From the South:

Take the Brenner Autobahn over Innsbruck to the Inntal Autobahn, exiting at Imst - Pitztal

Distance from Jerzens: approx. 15km.
